Refund Policy
At Skiaro, our programs are designed with structured planning, expert engagement, and limited cohort capacities. As participation directly impacts resource allocation and program quality, this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.
By enrolling in any Skiaro program, engagement, or service, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy
Program fees are reserved against confirmed participation. Refunds are therefore limited and subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Skiaro does not guarantee refunds except in circumstances expressly defined herein.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:
a. Cancellation by Participant (Before Program Commencement)
- Requests received 7 days or more prior to the program start date may be eligible for a refund after deducting administrative charges.
- Requests received less than 7 days before the program start date will not be eligible for a refund, as operational commitments would have already been finalized.
b. After Program Commencement
Once a program has commenced, no refunds will be issued, including in cases of:
- partial attendance
- non-attendance
- change in personal circumstances
- scheduling conflicts
3. Administrative Deduction
Where refunds are approved, Skiaro reserves the right to deduct administrative and processing charges of up to 15–25% of the program fee.
Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
4. Program Rescheduling
If a participant is unable to attend a program, Skiaro may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time transfer to a future cohort of the same program, subject to availability.
Transfer requests must be submitted prior to program commencement.
Transfers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into monetary claims.
5. Cancellation by Skiaro
In the unlikely event that Skiaro cancels a program due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to transfer to a future session.
Refunds under such circumstances will not include compensation for indirect expenses such as travel, accommodation, or loss of time.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions
- Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations
- Lack of participation or engagement
- Employment outcomes or job placement expectations
- Disciplinary removal from a program
7. Lifetime Mentorship & Program Benefits
Benefits such as lifetime mentorship, career support, or extended guidance are program-specific and non-refundable once access has been granted.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 15–30 business days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise determined by Skiaro.
9. Policy Acceptance
Enrollment in any Skiaro offering constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy. Participants are encouraged to review program details carefully prior to registration.
Skiaro reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
