1. About Skiaro
Skiaro is an industry-aligned training and career development platform that collaborates with life sciences industries and academic institutions to deliver structured learning experiences designed to prepare participants for real-world professional environments.
Skiaro provides training, mentorship, industry exposure, and career-oriented programs. However, enrollment in a program does not guarantee employment.
2. Eligibility
By registering with Skiaro, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or accessing under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Skiaro reserves the right to suspend/terminate any person or organization providing false information.
3. Program Enrollment and Access
Enrollment in a Skiaro program is subject to availability of seats, Completion of the application process, payment of applicable fees, and meeting any academic or professional prerequisites
Skiaro reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion. Access to course materials is granted for personal learning only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
Lifetime mentorship support is offered exclusively as part of Skiaro’s Career Accelerator Programs. This benefit is not included with other programs unless explicitly stated, and the scope of mentorship will be defined by Skiaro.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in full or according to an approved payment plan. Fees once paid are generally non-transferable. Pricing may change without prior notice for future enrolments.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access. Any applicable taxes will be charged as per governing laws.
5. Refund Policy
No Refund is applicable unless mutually agreed in writing and no refunds will be issued for partial participation or failure to attend sessions.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour. The following are strictly prohibited: Harassment or misconduct, Disruptive behavior, Academic dishonesty, Unauthorized recording or distribution of training content
Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Skiaro platform—including: Training materials, Curriculum, Graphics, Videos, Documents, and Branding is the exclusive property of Skiaro or its licensors.
No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Free Workshops
Skiaro may conduct occasional free webinars or workshops as part of its educational outreach initiatives.
Participation in free workshops implies consent for the use of non-sensitive session recordings or event excerpts for marketing, educational, or promotional use by Skiaro.
9. Industry Collaborations and Outcomes
Skiaro may collaborate with industry partners to provide guest lectures, exposure, mentorship, or project opportunities.
However, Participation does not guarantee internships or job placements. Hiring decisions remain solely with the respective employers. Skiaro makes no representations regarding specific career outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skiaro shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages, Loss of career opportunities, Employment outcomes, Technical interruptions and Delays beyond reasonable control
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
11. Platform Availability
We strive to ensure uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily impact access.
12. Termination
Skiaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate if terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected and behaviour damages the learning environment

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located primarily in Chennai, Tamilnadu or Mumbai, Maharashtra.
